Job description

Iconosquare made a name for itself thanks to the success of its powerful analytics, management and planning platform for brands and agencies wishing to strengthen their presence on social media. First platform to integrate TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook, Iconosquare employs today close to 50 people in France and Germany.


We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.


Start as soon as possible.

The Customer Support Specialist will:

  • provide industry-leading customer support via e-mail, chat, and social media channel,
  • improve the customer experience by taking a proactive approach to solving customer issues,
  • take ownership of issues and follow problems through to resolution,
  • assist in developing customer support procedures, policies, and standards,
  • keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions,
  • help analyze technical bugs, product requests, and customer pain points.

Skills:

  • minimum 1 year proven experience as a Customer Support Agent in a SaaS company,
  • ability to think strategically and provide solutions to customers proactively,
  • prior knowledge of Zendesk,
  • working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools is an asset,
  • ability to work well with other departments and manage customer expectations,
  • willingness to go the extra mile for every customer contact,
  • empathetic and able to communicate in a caring and friendly manner,
  • excellent time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
