What is a social media management tool?

Today, we have some big news to share: Iconosquare has officially been acquired by Positive, a European martech leader serving more than 45,000 brands and agencies. 🎉

This is a milestone moment for our team, and a meaningful one for the thousands of social media managers, agencies, SMBs, and multi-location brands who rely on Iconosquare every day.

We shared the news with our customers first, directly. Now we're opening up the wider story.

Who is Positive?

Positive is one of Europe's fastest-growing martech SaaS companies. Their portfolio includes Positive User (customer engagement and CRM), Positive Surfer (AI search optimization platform), and Positive Signitic (employee advocacy and signature marketing), together serving over 45,000 customers across Europe and North America.

In short: Positive helps brands and agencies build smarter, deeper customer relationships across multiple channels. As of today, social media joins that mix, and that's where Iconosquare comes in.

Why this acquisition matters
